THE ONE, TORONTO

Toronto’s first supertall tower, the 85 storey condominium, hotel and retail complex will be the tallest skyscraper in Toronto and Canada. MBL’s lighting scheme highlights the tower’s exposed structure; vertical, horizontal and diagonal framing elements. Curtain walls are treated with warm, gradient lighting.  Feature amenity spaces include a “Sky Lobby”, South Facing Terrace, and a Winter Garden.
