The two level retail concourse was revitalized to reposition this Class “A” LEED Gold certified 30 storey office tower as the go-to mid-town retail destination at Bay & College.

Light fixtures were integrated with architectural reveals and slots in harmony with the crisp, lean design. Public spaces feel open and voluminous with light washed wall surfaces.
